Project Overview:
-Due to the storage purpose (high storing racks) of the building the construction technology implemented was with joint method flooring to reach Super Flat hardening ground.
-The project includes the construction of three new buildings (building no. 4-5-6), each one with three storeys as for dry storage and cold storage use, for a total area of 68,000 m². And also, the renovation of 3 single storey buildings (building no. 1-2-3), for a total area of 8,000 m².
-Challenging land acquisition procedure with the local government fully handed by E&G.
-3 storey steel frame structure.
-For Material Handling were installed 6 normal elevator and 11 fast speed elevators.
-The Cold storage warehouse accounts for 50% of the total area.
-Different cold storage room can reach temperature of - 25 °C ~ - 60 °C according to the client’s requirement.
-Building seismic resistance grade 7, and fire resistance grade 2.
-Multi-storey Logistic building with multi-level internal lift for materials handling.
